Step 01
Understand
Discovery, interviews and data collection to work out honestly where you stand and where AI could genuinely help.
Services / AI Consultation
Onboarding AI is a challenge. It moves so fast: where do you start, which is the right tool, how do you get your team on board? Here’s how I can help. I come in, understand where you really are, and give you a clear strategy and roadmap. Then I help win over your key stakeholders, prioritise the workflows worth building, build some of them, and support you as it beds in.
[ How I work with you ]
A calm, low-disruption path from “we should probably use AI” to real, working change, led by me and shaped entirely around where you actually are.
Step 01
Discovery, interviews and data collection to work out honestly where you stand and where AI could genuinely help.
Step 02
A strategy, roadmap and the governance to move safely, framed by impact and effort.
Step 03
Win over key stakeholders and prove value fast by building the highest-priority workflows.
Step 04
Training, champions and ongoing support so the change sticks after I step back.
[ Start here · the core engagement ]
Assess, plan and prioritise, in one
You probably know AI matters, but could you say, with any confidence, how ready your organisation actually is, and what to do about it? This is where we start. I run an executive discovery workshop, interview your key stakeholders, and assess your current tools, processes and governance. Then I turn that read into a clear strategy and a 12-month roadmap, so you leave knowing both where you stand and exactly what to do next.
[ Next · make it stick ]
A read and a roadmap only matter if people change how they work. The adoption programme turns the plan into everyday habits, with hands-on training and workshops, two sessions of your choice.
Adoption · two sessions of your choice
[ Implementation ]
The assessment produces a prioritised backlog of automation opportunities. We then build the ones worth building, each scoped and quoted on its own so you only commission what earns its place. Typical examples: AI assistants, internal knowledge bases, Google Workspace automation, n8n workflows, reporting automation and content production.

[ Questions ]
The readiness & strategy engagement usually runs over four to six weeks, built around a short set of stakeholder interviews, followed by the assessment and the written strategy and roadmap. I keep the demand on your team light.
A handful of key stakeholders across the areas AI touches, usually leadership plus a few people close to the day-to-day work. We agree the list up front so nobody’s time is wasted.
No. The readiness & strategy engagement is the natural starting point. Adoption and workflow development are separate steps you only take when it makes sense.
Yes. The assessment identifies and prioritises the opportunities, and I can then build the highest-impact ones and support you as they roll out.
